Orders & Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
Yes, you can select in-store pickup at checkout if you’re near one of our 9th & 9th location.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately by calling or texting (801)467-3130.
Returns & Exchanges
For in-store purchases, items can be returned within 3 days of purchase for a refund and 14 days for store credit. Items must be unused, with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
For online purchases, a return request must be sent within 3 days of the order's arrival. Return requests within 14 days of arrival will receive store credit.
For airport location purchases, please contact us by calling/texting (801) 467-3130.
For online purchases, visit our Contact Us page and provide your name, order number, and tell us the reason for your return. We'll email you a return label from there.
Products & Inventory
